In the Wedding World Number 12: MARRYOKE, Flower power backdrops, Protecting the dress and Bridesguards

I can't believe I haven't shared Marryoke with you guys before because I'm totally obsessed with it... Marryoke is Marry + Karaoke (I'm thought this is pretty obvious but my boyfriend didn't see the link so I had to explain it to him.) It is also the most fun you can possibly have on your wedding and beyond! Just watch the video and see for yourself. There are lots of companies providing a Marryoke service but from what I've seen the guys at Marryokes.com are the best by far. I told Graham we HAVE to do this if we get married but we can't agree on a "Theme Song" yet.

DIY Photo Booth backdrop
Why not sing those Marryoke renditions in front of one of these fab DIY flower power backdrops from Etsy? Perfect for photo booths or ceremony backdrops ala Kim and Kanye ;-)

Protecting the dress
Seeing as your wedding dress is possibly the most beautiful item of clothing you will ever wear it makes sense to protect it properly after the day. Maybe you can pass it on to your children. Here is a very practical article on "The Do's and Don'ts of Storing your Wedding Dress Forever" from Hitched. Also have a look at their recommended company, The Empty Box Company for some great wedding dress storage solutions.

Saywhat? I didn't know what they were either but now I think they may be invaluable! Have a little read of this article on "Why You Need a Bridesguard" from onewed to find out what they are and why you need one. I'm totally on board!

  1. Nice blog which you have shared here. It will really help those who need this info. keep posting, Thank you. wedding dresses

  2. You get very beautiful photos, but you could improve them even more by simply using the movavi glitch generator https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/best-free-glitch-effect-generators.html. You can add tons of filters to your photo. I recommend.
