When I got an email about a booking just one week in advance of the wedding, I didn't know what to expect but wow, did these guys have an awesome day and they are just the sweetest together too!
Meet James and Tina. As I mentioned, they planned everything for their wedding in just one week. Tina actually bought her dress and flowers the day before!! I cant believe it. I think it's fair to say it all turned out pretty wonderfully and considering it was April, even the weather turned out perfectly. Look at that gorgeous blue sky and sunshine.
The ceremony took place at Mayfair Library, a fantastic register office in walking distance from Paddington Station. With under 30 guests it was all super intimate. After the ceremony everyone hopped in a cab (yay UBER) to The Savoy Hotel, where the couple had hired a private room for drinks and food.
Here are a few photographs from their beautiful day. I'm absolutely in love with their portrait session in Mt Street Gardens, surrounded by the gorgeous red brick Mayfair buildings.
The cutest moment of the day was when Tina got to the top of the aisle and both her and James did cute little shuffle steps until they were close together. Cue little laugh!
We did formal photographs in the gardens next to the register office which was a gorgeous location. Here we also organised the quickest confetti throw I've ever seen before the guests headed off in their taxis.
Ah they're so beautiful! Before my time was up we did a few last photos around the Savoy Hotel where James and Tina were holding their reception. So much prettiness!
Tina and James, you are wonderful together! Thanks so much for having me there to photograph your beautiful wedding!
